Trust and transparency
Trust should be supported by evidence.
How Cope Energy works, gets paid and remains accountable to customers.
Clear commercial relationships.
Cope Energy has access to a panel of more than 30 suppliers. We approach suppliers suitable for the business and supply in question, compare the available fixed-contract options and explain the basis of our recommendation.
How we are paid
We are paid a commission by the supplier you choose, which is included in your unit rate. We disclose the commission in writing before you sign your business energy contract. You will always sign the contract yourself—without your paw print, there is no valid contract.
How we recommend
We always present the lowest-priced option available. We also explain where another contract may offer better terms, supplier service or billing reliability, so the customer can make an informed decision.
How support is delivered
Customers can contact Cope Energy for help with billing questions, supplier communication, tenancy changes, meters and future renewals.
Independent feedback
Cope Energy has a five-star Google rating, and every review on its Trustpilot profile is rated five stars.
